Great flavor, awesome smoke
Would RecommendDecided to get a Tri tip to test these pellets out. Decided the perfect test was applying a binder (Mustard) a heavy coat of pepper and sea salt. Set the temp to 180 to see how much smoke it would put out, and I was not disappointed! I smoked it until it hit 120 internally. I then turned the temperature up to 450 to get it nice and hot in the center of grill and seared all four sides for a nice crust and for an internal temp of 140. Would RecommendWould recommend the product but this review is about the customer service. Fast, friendly and efficient, the best I have seen in years. The lady that checked me out even hauled the item to my truck. That is going the extra mile. Lowes is the best IMHO and HD is history. No comparison is service quality. Keep up the good work. PS-Recently got a Lowes credit card with a large purchase and will using it on a regular basis.
