Flooring Debacle
Would Not RecommendThey delivered our $6k of flooring outside and would not bring it in the house even though that’s what we understood was happening. We were told we had to bring it in ourselves. They also changed our order to Fall without telling us. Delivery occurred to the wrong address and the delivery person LEFT our flooring in the wrong yard and had to go back to get it. Then just left it in our side yard and told us we had to bring it into our house

Would Not RecommendBuying from Lowe’s was the worst experience of purchasing anything in my life. We were given a delivery date on a Friday, which my wife had to use a personal day for. The app showed that the flooring was out for delivery all day up until 7 PM. Guess what the app showed after 7 PM? It said there was a problem with your delivery. Would RecommendLove that it's waterproof. We installed this Pergo flooring in our pool house. The color is magnificent, it is beachy, but not trendy. Our installer said it was easy to snap together, but definitely needed a saw because of the thickness of the planks.

Absolute garbage flooring, nothing "resilient".
Would Not RecommendAfter speding over $1000 to redo the floors in one room, these are the biggest waste of money. I am stuck with a floor that chips and breaks if you look at it wrong. It's actually crazy how non-resilient this floor is. Half the pieces have chipped corners out of the box. They chip when tapped in. They chip when one thing falls on them. Also, Lowes clearly is removing reviews, because they removed my original one.

Garbage quality, chips like crash.
Would Not RecommendIt's actually insane that they call this flooring resilient. It chips if you look at it wrong. you need to buy the most expensive blades available to cut it without chipping. If you slightly tap it in wrong it chips. If you drop one thing on it it chips. Absolute waste of nearly $1000 of work.
