What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its stunning appearance, durability, and ease of installation. Most highlight the realistic wood grain, rich color variation, and natural aesthetic that guests frequently compliment. Reviewers consistently describe it as very durable and built to withstand heavy foot traffic and pets, with many noting the solid feel underfoot. The locking system makes installation straightforward, and most customers report professional-looking results even as DIYers. A few mention minor installation challenges like edge flaking or plank alignment, though these are rare exceptions to the overall positive experience.

Poor Craftsmanship
Although we love the look and surface finish of this product we rejected many of the boards due to bad routing of the interlocking edges. we had to purchase much more than expected to get boards with good joints.

Very nice flooring, super easy to install with locking system. Looks like hardwood. Make sure to use vapor barrier even though it has padding

Lovely in my space
It is beautiful. Love the texture at this point but do wonder how it will clean. Would be 5 star but installation had been a nightmare and is not even done yet. Part of the product is damaged and am trying to figure out how to get replaced...so far multiple levels/departments are talking but no one has gotten back to me.

Do not recommend
Would Not RecommendThis flooring is not the best for laminate floors. Gave it two starts for looks. It looks ok when you purchase it but when getting installed it chips and cracks. Looked like a headache waiting to happen. Not very good quality. Return the entire floor and went with vinyl flooring instead.

Very disappointed
Would Not RecommendI understand this is not the top of the line product by any means, but with that said the quality of this flooring is just disgraceful. The top cosmetic layer chips and scrapes very easily, and during install we noticed the tongue in many of the boards was damaged. I would recommend anyone looking for this style of flooring to pursue other brands.

Great Flooring Lots Damaged
Would RecommendWe bought this flooring for our downstairs and love it overall. The amount of damaged boards in each box was disappointing. We had to return entire boxes to get new ones because of the damage.
