Easy to maintain and still looks like new

[Employee of pergo-reviews] I bought these about 3 years or so ago and still very happy with it. Easy to maintain and would buy again.

Pergo flooring

i love the pergo flooring but i had to buy a couple more boxes to complete my project and to my amazement they had no more of the trenton gray that i needed. so after searching all the local lowes i couldnt find any. There was only one option to get the ones I needed and that was to order online had have it delivered. So the only problem was they charged me $80.00 for delivery charge and no option to pick up at a local lowes.

I don't know if it's the way Lowes installed them because I cannot trust the installer after my experience, but any amount of water on them at all for any time that gets on the edges warps the floor. My experience with Lowe's was a total disaster. They took my order but failed to fulfill it. I got only a half of the order and was promised (after waiting 1 hour for Customer Service) to get the other half from different store. Instead, they just sent me a refund. As for this particular Pergo floor. It doesn't look too waterproof. It's substrate looks like MDF and every future scratch or ding will be very visible and require some effort to restore. WET PROTECT? Absolutely not

This is not actually waterproof. From a toddler spilling a glass of water, to a pet having an accident, spilling mop water. Things that are cleaned up right in the moment. Have shown buckles and warped pieces. 4 years and now our whole kitchen is filled with pieces that are warped. The first happened a few months after install. I have this in my whole first floor, and deeply regret. Thought it would be safe with kids and pets.

Worth the money

I have had these floors for 2 years and I absolutely love them. I had some pieces that were left over from cuts and they sat outside in the snow for days and did not warp at all. I did have a few pieces chip while installing them due to hitting them too hard. I can say enough about how nice they look and the quality is top-notch.

Flooring

The product is durable, looks good and has been available in store for a long time. I have slowly been renovating my home, room by room. So far, so good.

Worth the money

Not sure why so many people have written bad reviews. This flooring is built REALLY well and will hold up for a long time. I put this in my living room. I have two kids and a dog they've spilled tons of juice on it, peed, throw heavy toys on it. My dog is a pretty active 65 lb pitbull and I still don't have any scratches on it. The people that have complained have obviously cut corners and don't maintain the floor well. Make sure you hammer in the floor tightly so no spills will enter the cracks...
