What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these windows for exceptional value, straightforward installation, and reliable performance. Most highlight pre-drilled holes, clear instructions, and precise fit requiring minimal adjustment, with many noting the foam gasket creates a secure seal. Reviewers commend the clean modern appearance, smooth sash operation, and practical tilt-in cleaning feature. Strong consensus exists that they deliver outstanding value for the price, especially for older homes or tight budgets. A few report difficult screen removal or minor defects like missing screws, but these isolated issues do not diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers consider them an excellent upgrade.

Would Not RecommendThe window arrived covered in scratches, both inside and outside, with a hole in the screen. After waiting almost a week for delivery, which cost me $75 delivery fee, the only option they offered was to return it, order a replacement, wait another week, and pay another $75 delivery fee. You pay good money for a new window, plus shipping, and end up receiving this kind of junk, plus all this headache Unbelievable.

Great Windows
I was unhappy with a window I had purchased from another vendor. I decided to try Pella from Lowe's. The purchase an pickup were easy. The windows were great and less less expensive than the other brand, and the Pella windows came with screens. My installer put them in with no problem. In addition, the "glass width" on the Pella windows more than 1.5 inches wider.
