What Customers Are Saying
The faucet is generally well-received for its convenient features like the high-arching spout, pull-down sprayer, and single-handle operation. It provides good water pressure and flow. However, some customers have experienced issues with the faucet's durability and reliability over time, such as leaks, low water pressure, and problems with the pull-down sprayer. There are also concerns about the quality and longevity of the soap dispenser. While the faucet offers a good balance of style, functionality, and affordability, there are potential reliability concerns, especially for heavy-duty or long-term use.

Would Not RecommendI installed this faucet and dispenser and within 5 weeks, the dispenser had already quit working and would not pump anything out. I even tried emptying it and running water through the pump, but no luck.
Hose
Hello there. Ours is leaking all over. It is leaking around the handle that you use to pull Down. How do I do to replace just that part? Do I need the whole hose assembly too?

Mediocre at best
Would Not RecommendLotion dispenser quit after 2nd filling. Sprayer doesn't return like it should even after multiple attempts at adjusting it.

Easy to install! Works great.
Would RecommendI have never installed anything like this before and I did not have any problems installing this faucet. It came with the mounting hardware and a soap dispenser. I recommend buying new water supply line to use with this. It takes any 1/2 fip; I tried reusing the old lines but it leaked from the spout; no problems after using new lines. The color is true brushed nickel. It cleans easily and looks good on my sink. The only con I can say is the pull down attachment; it does not dock all the way wi...

Good value.
Would RecommendInstallation was easier than some others I have done. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the counterweight should be heavier and the pull out sprayer doesn't "dock" properly without considerable effort. Otherwise, it looks and works just fine.

Great value
Would RecommendA beautiful faucet that is well made and easy to install. Surprisingly well made for the price. The most difficult part of the whole process was removing the old faucet. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Awful faucet
Would Not RecommendThe faucet was installed for three days and started to leak from the nozzle connection. Going to return it for a Delta. Also, getting the pull down to mount is a real chore. You have to hold the arm while pushing the nozzle in because it is that difficult. Spend the extra $$ and get a good faucet.

Looks deceiving. Try clearing sediment screen...
Would Not RecommendNice design and all that. Works fine, for a number of years. Problem is clearing sediment screen buried way underneath sink, difficult to get at.Screen itself is entombed in casket of nylon plastic. Easy to remove, impossible to remove screen within. At this point, wouldn't be surprised a replacement part is not available.

Pull down hose defective
Would Not RecommendThe unit was installed by a licensed plumber. After a few weeks of use the flex pull down came disconnected from the feeder line which blew water all inside the cabinet. This is a bad product.

Great finish and Stylish design
Would RecommendI bought this a year ago. Stylish design and great finish. I wish the handle should have been designed an inch higher not to dash with the soap dispenser.

Terrible
Would Not RecommendThe rigid and steep design of neck make sprayer attachment practically useless. The nozzle that switches doesn't switch. Just terrible. If o could remove and send back, I would. Unfortunately, I think I'm past the return deadline. As summer approaches, I'll probably replace with something better quality and more user friendly.
