Should have known better!

I bought this item yesterday and just installed and the quality is not what was expected. The hose is too stiff that it turns the entire unit when using, the adjustment from shower to hose is not leak proof, it bleeds from both ends when using. I will return and get a better product. Maybe this is why the item was discounted. :( Lesson learnt, stick to the product brands you know works well. Other than that if you can't pay the extra money, it may work for you.

I never even got to use this product because the diverter cracked during installation. China got us again. Save yourself the time and money and buy a better brand.

Excellent value

It was easy to install and works remarkably well. I appreciate all of the different settings!

Good Choice

This wasn't my preferred choice but it was the only one available near me. I'm quite proud of myself. I installed this all by my lonesome after my previous one died after 16 years of use. The instructions were easy to follow and after 5 quick steps, it was done. I was concerned with it leaking after reading some of the reviews but so far, not one drip. I only wish that the hose wasn't so stiff, but maybe it will loosen and straighten out over time. I hope those leaks stay away.

Dual shower head install

The product was easy to install and the price was good. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to install which included opening the package, removing the old shower head, wrapping the threads with Teflon tape installing the dual shower head. I bought 2 and took less than hour and a half to do both.

Remember you get what you pay for. Just trash

My Daughter put it on and she had a leak where the hand held went on to the shower hear. So she watch You Tube to see if she forgot something. She took it apart and she noticed a crack 2” long in the hose. I could not believe that it was plastic with chrome paint on it. She isn’t a rookie on doing plumbing. She knows what she is doing. So back to Lowe’s she goes and she gets a good hose paying over 20.00 for it. So a 55,00 dollar home improvement turned into a 75.00 job. Plus gas.

Older model hoses have issues

We purchased a handful of these to update our church’s showers. If you have low water pressure this model could be an issue if you want to use both heads at once. However, the heads work great individually. Most of ours were stamped made in 2021 and had no design issues. Our last shower head was stamped made in 2019 and it featured a different hose and connector. Waste of money

Absolute junk. Wish I hadn’t been on a cleaning spree and threw out the packaging! No way can you use both heads at once. “Massage” setting is far from being a massage. Doesn’t even feel like it can rinse shampoo out of my hair.

Horrible product

Leaks like a sieve, sure it is cheap, but there are obvious reasons that it is a poor product.

Garbage

Leaks like a sieve at connector and hose! Washer at connector is completely smashed/shredded. I’d love to return it but think I’m going to Ace to try new washers.

It was cheap. It said chrome on the box and when you opened it the product was plastic
