High Quality

Purchased as a replacement for a similar model I got from Pampered Chef but this shopper is really of much better quality! I wish I had it from the start.

I'm forever in search of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm forever in search of a veggie chopper that can accomplish uniform pieces and isn't a pain in the butt to wash. This design is easier to wash than the slap chop variety, and most of it is dishwasher safe, but it is difficult to achieve uniform chopping, especially for softer veggies. I love this company and will continue to buy things from them, but my quest for a decent chopper continues.

Great for pecans pretty good for almonds

I put chopped pecans or almonds on my oatmeal every morning. I've tried three hand-crank nut grinders, and they all broke in a matter of months. I've had this chopper a few weeks now and I'm optimistic it will survive longer. It works like a dream on pecans. For almodns, I chop smaller amounts in two batches because they put up too much resistance for me in a single large batch. Still, it gets the job done very quickly. So far I am very satisfied.

Awesome and quick

Weather is warming up so it is Tuna fish salad time in the our home. Used it for the first time this morning and the chopper made quick and easy work chopping onions, pickles, celery and even the boiled eggs. Clean up was easy and simple. We both wondered how we got by without this fantastic tool. Time and use will determine how it holds up. Purchased at the Redstone Arsenal Commissary.

Life Saver

My Pampered Chef Chopper broke after years of chopping. As an OXO fan, I decided to give the OXO chopper a try. This was just as good if not better than the Pampered Chef. It makes getting a multitude of items chopped and prepped for a recipe. I especially appreciate using the chopper with jalapenos to keep the heat off my hands as much as possible. My Chopper

Poor

Tried for the first time today. Things need to be quite small to start with in order to fit into the space. The downward effort for a carrot is quite a lot. Cleaning and taking out the blade is dangerous. Just not worth it, easier to do it by hand. The dice was not even - especially with carrots.
