Misleading advertising and photos

I ordered this vanity and received a countertop that is different than the “premium engineered marble” (white with gray veining) described and pictured. When I reached out to Ove, they insisted that the white engineered stone countertop (plain white, no veining) was the same as the engineered marble top and refused to provide any options for replacement. Misleading advertising, poor customer service

I reached out to Ove to resolve an issue with the vanity top. It was advertised as white engineered marble but what I received was a plain white engineered stone . Ove’s listing was clearly an error, and instead of taking responsibility and working to get the top I was expecting, they insisted that the BombayWhite engineered stone material was in fact the engineered marble that I was expecting. Super frustrating experience.

Easier to move than expected.

I like that it's all drawer handles, no knobs. It was much easier to move once we took it out of the box since the sinks and vanity top are not attached at that point. It looks just like the photos. We were unhappy that they delivered it two days earlier than they said. There was no warning that it was arriving early and no one was home.

Solid piece but misleading color

The color pictured looks like a darker brown but its lighter and has orange coloring in it.

The Vanity is gorgeous and we love it.

Poor Delivery Like most others

I received no real notice of delivery until the driver was outside my door. I was not able to assist and would have declined delivery with the amount of damage to the packaging. The entire right side support footing of the packaging was ripped off, and the internal support board was snapped in two. The vanity itself luckily only incurred minor damage (from what I've noticed so far) and is missing one of the screw adjustment feet. I'd have felt much better if this was closer to the $1000 price...

"Premium" engineered stone top corroding

Looks nice, but the "premium" engineered stone top has started to pit and corrode after only a few months. For 2gs the top should be durable enough to withstand daily use. Very disappointed with the product. Wouldn't consider purchasing from OVE again, unless this issue was rectified.

High quality, good construction, very happy with purchase

Came with black handles not brass

Really nice vanity but extremely disappointed to find black handles instead of brass as seen in the images and listed in the description. We renovated our master bathroom and got all gold/brass furnishings. This really sucks especially with how expensive this vanity was. Now we need to purchase new handles or replace the whole thing which is inconvenient.

Vanity is beautiful

The vanity is solid as a rock and the marble top is beautiful. Unfortunately, the Lowes order status system was down, so we did not know when to expect delivery. We were told that the delivery would place the vanity where ever we needed it, but there was only one delivery driver with a pallet jack. So the best that could be done was to place the vanity in the garage. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Great vanity

I just installed this in my bathroom and it is beautiful. Well made, and very stylish.

Defective Countertop - Terrible Support

We recently purchased an Ove vanity. The countertop is defective, has etching over most of the surface. We contacted Ove for warranty repair or replacement and they sent us a cleaning kit and were exteremely rude. For this price they should either replace or pay for a professional to repair. Stay away from Ove - They are a SCAM!

I have bad luck with vanities

I did see a crack in the wood just under the sink top. Of the three vanities over the last year, two were delivered damaged.

arrived 2 weeks ago. Couldn't be happier with the delivery and packaging. not a mark and everything in luded and perfect shape. unit looks great and is good quality. what a great deal to get this nice unit these cheaply, and delivered to my door!

Nice vanity

Overall good product. Functional design. The top is especially nice.
