Would RecommendI bought this product about a month ago, and I’ve been very happy with it. It’s easy to operate, and I can use my phone to connect to it and adjust the watering schedule. It’s also very accurate and responsive. Overall, it’s a great product and works exactly as I expected.
Easy to install even for an old person
It was somewhat easy to install this unit. It did take me a little while to figure out how to do it on my phone, but that’s because I’m 71 years old and not the brightest when it comes to computer work, but I did get it done and it works wonderfully.

Connectivity is key
Would RecommendAbsolutely love it, when fixing sprinklers I can turn them off and on as I go. It makes things much easier. Plus if it’s raining and I’m sitting on the couch, I can simply turn off tomorrow’s program without getting up.

Difficult to obtain a sales receipt
Would Not RecommendI haven't had a long time to learn the timer. I gave the rating as a 3 star because it took me several emails, a discussion with Ai at Lowe's and 2 phone calls to receive a receipt. When I picked it up, I asked the sales person about the receipt. She said it would come via email. I needed the receipt to apply for the rebate. I never received it, and am still following up with the rebate. It wasted my time and disappointed me.

Don't mess with the settings
Would Not RecommendThis is a pain to get set up. And once it is, any small change to the settings throws it off. If you need to adjust the "Smart" schedule at all to move the watering time, you don't have a lot of options. There is a "rain delay" that you can manually set. This morning I tried changing the start time from 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM so that watering could be done in time for my son to mow the lawn. Now the "Smart" program has disappeared from the Home page altogether. I have been troubleshooting for an hou...
