Not a Shaggy Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a Shaggy Rug, it's more like matted texture and it looks cheap. Definitely not the look I was going for. But they normally have Amazing Rugs, this isn't one

A perfect purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my new rug. I wasn’t sure how I would like the shaggy look, but it gives detail and a change in the texture of all the different fabrics in the room. I’m very glad I chose this one after searching rugs for several weeks. It arrived in perfect condition and was so easy to lay.

Warped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a whole set of 6 rugs by the same manufacturer and same pattern. The smaller rugs are warped and the larger rugs are not square. Hope they call me to see what they can do to fix the situation.
