Wrinkles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice rug but very wrinkly. I honestly can’t imagine that they will actually come out, even with time.

Broken Lattice Rug | Grey

It is pretty, but not as thick or plush as expected. The folds are still apparent after 2 weeks. So it's not completely flat, still has ripples and fold marks.

Horrible quality

This rug is like a cheap dollar shop carpet. Thin and extremely cheaply made . I would return but don't want to pay shipping fee . Will not shop here again so disappointed .

Love It!!

Love Rug -taking time to flatten it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the rug and looks great but still trying to get it to lay flat. Reversed rolled it when came and putting objects on it. It will get there though. Thanks Ruth

Terrible Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was folded in half and taped together before it is thrown in the box. This caused the rug to have horrible, permanent crease down the middle that can be seen and felt under the feet. Putting heavy, flat furnitures over the rug for 2 days did not straighten out the rug.Unbelievable packaging for a rug retailer.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new rug. The pattern is beautiful and it fits exactly!

It works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the larger rug for my living room and I loved the color of it so much that I decided to buy a new one for my kitchen, but the one that came from my kitchen is like a light gray. It’s not even black like the other one I was a little disappointed about that. But it’ll work.

great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] laid down pretty nice right away, just some curling up a bit on one side, a little rug tape will help. I did buy a 1/4" rug pad for more comfort underfoot as it is in our living room. Overall happy.

Great Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is a great find. It arrived within a week and was a perfect fit for my space. The price was unbelievably lower than most sites that sell rugs. I will definitely purchase from Rugs USA again.

Lattice rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thin , cheap looking, very disappointed!!! Quality was very poor !!

Runner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a bit more dull in person than expected. But my cat loves it!

Won’t lay flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is thicker then expected so I’m not sure it will be washable. I have had the rug for 2 weeks and it won’t lay flat. Plus it keeps slipping off the liner under the rug.

Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The darker color is supposed to be dark grey; it appears to be black. I have dark grey accent pieces, and this does not match.
