What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the rug for its visual appeal and color accuracy, with most noting it looks exactly as pictured and enhances their space beautifully. The gray and modern design complements various decor styles, and many emphasize excellent value for the price. Reviewers consistently describe it as a great purchase they would buy again. Some mention the rug feels thin and doesn't lay flat initially, requiring time or a pad to settle, and a few note the texture isn't particularly soft. Despite these minor concerns, most customers consider it an attractive, affordable choice that delivers strong aesthetic value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice rug but very wrinkly. I honestly can’t imagine that they will actually come out, even with time.

Broken Lattice Rug | Grey
It is pretty, but not as thick or plush as expected. The folds are still apparent after 2 weeks. So it's not completely flat, still has ripples and fold marks.

This rug is really nice
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was packaged crazy bend in half so took time for it to straighten out but really like the rug. But rug should not be bend in 1/2 it should be kept straight so no so hard to get all wrinkles out took weeks for it to finally lay down flat. But the rug is great now

Horrible quality
Would Not RecommendThis rug is like a cheap dollar shop carpet. Thin and extremely cheaply made . I would return but don't want to pay shipping fee . Will not shop here again so disappointed .

Love Rug -taking time to flatten it
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the rug and looks great but still trying to get it to lay flat. Reversed rolled it when came and putting objects on it. It will get there though. Thanks Ruth

Terrible Packaging
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was folded in half and taped together before it is thrown in the box. This caused the rug to have horrible, permanent crease down the middle that can be seen and felt under the feet. Putting heavy, flat furnitures over the rug for 2 days did not straighten out the rug.Unbelievable packaging for a rug retailer.
