Would Not RecommendI used the size 2 to carry a Fisher space pen on my belt loop. The pen was attached to the carabiner with an o-ring--the old fashioned kind you have to wrestle around 3 times. Much to my amazement, after a day of mild hiking (no slithering through tight spaces), the pen and o-ring were gone. Empty carabiner on my belt, apparently with no damage, still springy. The only way for houdini to have escaped was the s-carabiner opening. Bad luck. So i bought another S-carabiner and another space pen....
