Amazing, once it worked!

Makes me excited to wake up in the morning, knowing I get to make a coffee with this machine! Maintenance is super easy, the size fits under our counters (if we wanted), durability is good. Espresso is consistent in taste, it even tells you what setting to grind your coffee beans at. I bought this in May and while it’s been getting the job done, Im fairly disappointed given the price. Not all espresso pulls are the same, the crema is not always there, it does not get hot enough even on the hottest setting, and the amount of espresso brewed is never consistent. I follow all measurements and instructions provided in the book that came with it and I can almost never get a full cup of coffee. The drip coffee brews maybe about 5 ounces. This Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro series has been GAME CHANGING FOR MY morning coffees! This product is beyond user friendly and leaving me beyond satisfied like I just left the coffee shop, but at home! I can’t recommend this Ninja Luxe enough!

I can't start this any other way, other then this color is everything! This was a quick setup once removed the box, and the setup instructions were a breeze. I love that they have a QR code to scan that take you to a tutorial video on how to setup your new machine. They include instructions for various drinks you can make as well. No real assembly. It's good to go pretty much out of the box. The hopper is a bit of a pain but not terrible. Noisiest part of the machine is the frother. It's durable...cleaning is a simple tablet. It's worth every penny spent if your an everyday coffee drinker or are Starbucks crazy

Love it - just need a better frother jug design

Absolutely love our machine, it definitely has paid for itself in no time! BUT the frother jug handle has a major defect and has a weak point. Our handle broke off and now all of the milk jugs are out of stock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my machine in November 2025. I love it, the only problem is that the handle of the milk frother broke and I cannot find a replacement. I feel this machine is expensive enough for the things it comes with break so easy. I am the only person that uses it and can assure you, I have not dropped it. This thing is amazing! I am glad I went with the pro version that has the integrated tamper. Spend the extra for that! I have only had it a week but am almost through my first bag of beans already! HUGH WARRANTY CLAIMS ON THIS MACHINE

Do your research and see how many warranty claims were filed for this machine. The milk jug for this broke after 1 month of use and it’s been 6 months now since I put a claim in and still haven’t received my replacement parts. The reason….high number of warranty claims and not enough parts to keep up. But seems like they still have enough parts to keep shipping these pieces of crap out. Do yourself a favor and get LITERALLY ANY OTHER ESPRESSO MACHINE. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Professional Machine at a cost you can afford!

Purchased to replace an older model espresso machine. Because of the quality and number of options, there is a learning curve to making the brew perfect but it works great, coffee tastes great, it is easy to clean, and functions as it should. Well worth the money for the quality of product. Take the time to read the manual, watch the videos, and set up the machine per the instructions and it will be your own personal barista.

Lovely espresso frother handle broke two months in

I bought this as a birthday gift to myself and was so looking forward to it because the color is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the milk frother handle literally crumbled after only two months of barely using it. I rarely used the frother as I typically drink iced lattes and I never misuse my products. I contacted Ninja to see if they can replace and they sent a smaller silver frother that doesn't even match the beautiful emerald/gold color of my espresso machine. 100% I would never purcha...

Easy to use

I was undecided about buying this and then finally did last month and love it! I’m not a huge coffee drinker but I use it every day to either make a Flat White or some kind of latte. Well worth it. My kids love it too.

Amazing machine

Absolutely love our ninja luxe pro. We use it daily to make our coffee at home and haven't been to a coffee shop since! I love the variety of drinks it can make. We love using the hot water only feature for matcha lattes and tea. It's super user friendly and doesnt take up too much counter space. It's definitely a splurge but SO worth it.
