Ratings & Reviews for Ninja 12 -Cup Residential Drip coffee maker ( Black )

Don't waste your money

Worked great for almost two years and then a part broke that has no replacement. Read enough reviews and reddit posts to know that this is not an uncommon occurrence. Definitely would not recommend!!

The Barista Model is UNRELIABLE....

Ninja offered up to 50% off another product, but the Luxe Café and Auto Barista machines are excluded—even though Ninja advertises those machines alongside the Barista System as part of its espresso and coffee lineup. That means the discount doesn't apply to the current machines we would actually consider as a replacement. After having two Barista Systems fail with essentially the same problem in just over two years, this was a very disappointing resolution.

LOVE IT

I'm absolutely in love with this machine. I cannot thank you enough. Forever a Ninja/shark fan/customer ❤️

Awful

Biggest waste of money ever. The espresso side doesn’t puncture the capsule. So you get hot water. I have ran the clean cycle 3 times and it’s still not making espresso.

The Best

After having coffee and espresso at granddaughter’s house made with the ninja espresso machine had to have one myself so we could enjoy it at home. Love being able to decide which one to make so many choices between cup or pot and also making a flavored espresso drink, thanks for inventing such a fabulous machine.

Wish it worked longer

Had it just over a year, Now the whole machine resets when trying to brew a coffee and espresso runs on.

Great Coffee & Expresso machine

So, I researched this product for months before purchasing. I absolutely love this machine. The coffee and Expresso flavors are always consistent and very good. The machine is simple and easy to use. It is a perfect size and has a place for everything. The froth was delicious hot or cold. The pre heat was only a few seconds and it makes all the difference. It is very beautifully designed, it doesn’t take up much space, fits very well on my counter. Coffee is the perfect temperature.

Eine der schönsten Seiten, von denen ich gerne kaufe, ausgezeichnete Qualität jenseits der Beschreibung, Sie werden es nie bereuen

Great coffee maker, love it!

I got this a week ago and I love it. So easy to use. Coffee taste so good. Still learning all tjw different coffees drinks to make. So happy

Glad She's Home

This replaced a faulty unit, and so far, so good. Thanks

Happy Customer

We love the quality coffee flavor the maker produces. The ‘close’ feature to stop the drip only fully works if there is nothing in the filter area. Very happy with the overall coffee machine.

Lack of versitility

I returned the product because it could not accept vertuo pods .

Amazing multifunctional coffee machine

This coffee/espresso machine is awesome. It's like having a coffee shop right in your kitchen. You can make a single cup or a whole pot, which is super handy. The coffee comes out piping hot, and there's even a frother on the side for perfect frothy milk. Plus, you can use Nespresso pods for an extra boost on those tough mornings. It comes with a coffee scoop and a removable mesh filter for grounds. I totally recommend this machine to all you coffee lovers out there. You won't regret it!

Replacement puncture plates would be so nice

WHY does Ninja not make replacement waffle grid puncture plates?! WHY??? This machine is useless.

Like I can make different size cups of coffee

I just wish it used k cups but the espresso pods make up for that
