What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this gate latch for its heavy-duty, solid construction and attractive rustic design. Reviewers consistently describe it as durable and well-made, with many confirming reliable performance on barn doors, greenhouse windows, and chicken coops under frequent use. The aesthetic appeal—described as pretty and tasteful—makes it popular for both functional and decorative purposes. Most find installation straightforward and simple. A few report minor paint chipping or rare alignment concerns if doors settle, but these issues are uncommon and do not diminish overall satisfaction.

Product enamel paint does not hold up well.
Would RecommendI like that the latch is heavy duty. Although, the paint on the latch eye tends to chip away rather quickly.
