Excellent Quality overall except the back of the grill half open situation.
We think excellent quality and performance to date. The assembly was assisted with the videos. Have not used rotisserie yet. One negative was the back of the grill is half open; ie not fully covered with the stainless covering. Why was the grill constructed this way? This is not aesthetically pleasing to view through our patio doors so we had to adjust to a different section of the patio that is not really as convenient for us as we would like. Is there a piece available to fit in to cover this ...

Disappointing performance
The engineering is very well executed, and it looks beautiful. But it shipped with a faulty regulator. I had several disappointing attempts to use the grill and each time had to switch to cooking indoors.

2 years of use
bought this grill 2 years ago it came in 2 well packed cartons with no damage. took about 4 hours to assemble and all the parts were there. we have used it a lot over the last 2 years with absolutely no problems. we have owned a lot of grills witch most didn't last more than 2 or 3 years before they burned or rusted out even thou they were covered and stored inside. we do the same with this grill and it shows no signs of rust or burn out. very happy with it and it does a great job of cooking eve...

Grill arrived with a couple
Grill arrived with a couple small dents in the front, but other than that, the grill is fantastic. Looks great, works well, the instructions were easy to follow. Also, the stainless-steel grates themselves are much heavier/thicker than I was expecting. It would be nice if they had included the tool to lift out the grates.

Best gas grill
I have had a ge outdoor propane stainless built in grill for 16 years. I live in coastal MS. My cast iron burners have rusted to pieces 3 times and they are 150 each to replace. I wad tired of it and researched this grill that is all stainless!!! Just used it for the first time and got really even heat and a perfect sear! So far I love it. I cant wait to use the rotisserie. I just pray it will hold up to humid mississippi!
