This was the single worst retail experience I have had by a wide margin. The store told me that they have a guy who installs for only two local stores. In fact they outsource it to Thumbtack to try to find a guy. The "guy" they found seemed to be a mini-Thumbtack and the installer missed two appointments. I spoke to him twice and he did not sound like a professional. In any case the product is still not installed. Don't give these guys money for a slightly overpriced installation that they have ...
