Broken out of the box
Would Not RecommendWe opened and set up the faucet just as instructed and we had no water flow when the handle was in the down position. Turns out after reading the frequently asked questions, the valve in the handle is bad. Well they tell you what part needs replaced but I am not replacing a part in a BRAND new faucet. We are returning it and purchasing a different brand. Maybe it was a fluke and our bad luck but it’s still not enough for me to buy another and try to set it up again.

We had to replace our old faucet that was several years old. I love the retraction ability to rinse the sink and the spray is strong enough to get rid of the gunk in the sink. Much better than our old faucet. Love the black finish and looks great. Installation wasn't difficult.

Sleek
Would RecommendI love my new sink faucet. It’s very sleek and it sprays so nicely. I also get much more hot water than I ever did before and it’s the most used faucet in the house so I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

The quality is solid and installation was simple. I always purchase Kohler. Their customer support is the best.

Looks nice, but...
Would Not RecommendI like theblook of this faucet... except the hose does not stay in place. there is a 1/2" gap between the sprayer nozel and the housing where it is supposed to stay secure "every time". It has been installed less than 1 week. Also the faucet spins around 360 degrees, so be careful with that!

Semi-expensive, easy install, great pressure
Would RecommendUsing this for about a month, no complaints. Solid water hose with great price l pressure, a bit expensive for the features. The “stopper” feature is somewhat pointless. Easy to self install was a great value add. Overall rating 4 stars, Solid contender.
