Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise faucets for sleek, modern design that complements contemporary kitchens and stainless steel sinks. Installation is consistently described as simple and quick, typically completed in under 15 minutes with clear instructions and helpful tools like the long tightening wrench. Reviewers highlight powerful spray, smooth handle movement, and reliable pull-out wand functionality. Most find the combination of attractive aesthetics and strong performance exceptional. A small group reports premature leaking at the base or top, and some note excessive plastic components in the wand. Despite minor durability concerns, most customers consider the faucet a worthwhile upgrade.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.I replaced my original kitchen faucet after 14 years with this (Moen 87557 Brecklyn one handle pullout kitchen faucet) in May 2025, just over one year ago! Now it is leaking under the handle. I spent money to buy it, to get it installed and now to repair. I am absolutely dissatisfied and frustrated.

Leaking from under the handle immediately
Would Not RecommendHard water here is going to make this look ugly, and the buildup will pose functional problems. I really don't have time to troubleshoot a brand new product. I just need a brand I can trust to sell me a product that fades into the background of my life-- Not one which demands my time and attention and annoys every time I look at it.

Excellent product
Would RecommendThis faucet was exactly what I had hoped for. It looked great with my stainless steel sink. The spray option is very strong and rinses well.

A faucet with function !
Would RecommendAttractive , easy to install , can’t beat the price , and fully functional .. especially the pullout sprayer . Swivels effortlessly between the two basins of my kitchen sink . Has a lightweight feel to it so don’t expect it to last 100 years .. I won’t either !

for the second time the tiny little plastic "tit" that holds faucet in place has broken off! Moen sent me a replacement (thanks) but this is going to be a recurring problem. I wish the engineers that designed these items would put more thought into the usage. except for this tiny plastic piece we like the faucet.

Worst product ever
Worst product ever! First day that I used it, the faucet head came apart and sprayed water all over the kitchen, such a mess. Plastic pieces fell off in the sink. Will never buy Moen again.

Love the design/hate the cheap plastic
Love the ease in pulling the sprayer out. The only downside is the sprayer is made of cheap plastic.
