Would Not RecommendI have purchased two separate Moen pull-down kitchen faucets (Model 87394BRB, Morado, Mediterranean Bronze), and on both occasions, the ball-and-socket connection between the hose and the sprayer head failed, causing the sprayer head to pop off entirely. This is not a minor inconvenience — it results in water spraying uncontrollably from an open hose under normal use, twice, from two different units. Would Not RecommendI bought this new faucet to replace the 10+ year old kitchen faucet I have that was here when we bought our house. I love the faucet so decided to find one similar. The new one has all plastic connections. Including the one that attached the stay nozzle to the faucet. I think that’s a poor design in my opinion. Not only will it break quicker but it looks cheap. Would RecommendI just installed the new kitchen faucet and noticed that the feed lines now are pre-plumbed and are a flexible design. The older design (which I installed 8 years prior), had copper hard lines which developed leaks.
