Moen has a good warranty
Product was excellent, pickup process was terrible. Not sure if it’s a dysfunctional store or this is the Lowes norm. My product had a clearance sticker for $80 on it, so I returned it bc I paid $240 online. That is one detail of several that made this a crappy store experience.

Reason why it is on sale folks
If you want your faucet to look like this all the time, then this is the faucet for you. Guaranteed to look like this within six months. We bought this full price as well. We will NEVER buy another Moen product again, not even if they were giving their product away for free! Please don’t waste your time and money.
Keeps coming loose
Would Not RecommendThis faucet is horrible. The screw on the bottom of it, which keeps the faucet tight, keeps loosening and causing it to turn in place and become wobbly. I've had a plumber out twice to try to fix it and it still keeps coming loose after about 6 months.
