Cheap plastic sprayer

Very disappointed in this product. Sprayer is cheap light plastic. Base is loose after 2 months. Plumbers coming tomorrow to fix - free I hope. For the price I expected all metal components - no cheap plastic. May be replacing it sooner than necessary.

great faucet, but i need a new handle, it leaks from the button to change from spray to stream. how do i do that. asll the replacements are 3/4 inch, i need @ 1/2 inch connection

susposed to be buy Moen once buy it for life well first it is PLASTIC and where faucet comes out and retracts it has cracked and now a piece has broken out and now I have to replace it. Will not be a MOEN unless they replace it or give us a discount done throwing away money

Worked very well as installed

Faucet supplied and installed by American Plumbing. Works so much better than the prior faucet of another manufacture. We are expecting a good future with no problems.

Plastic casing in the color of stainless steel

The integra faucet was installed and the most of the body is plastic. The sprayer after a few dates does not have a tight fit and I see it going totally loose in the next couple of weeks. Yes, I may get a free replacement but I have to pay for installation. Overall is too expensive and too low quality for a Moen

Like the simple easy to use

This is my second one of this style. First had a pull out hose spring a leak yesterday on Christmas Day. Tried to get just the hose but it did not look like the existing one so ended up replacing the whole faucet.

Like other reviews I’ve read, mine too had a quiet leak at almost 3 years, but did not get noticed until major damage to cabinet base. That is what really hurts financially, and I cannot find the receipt to file a warranty claim.

I bought this faucet in a hurry because the existing one was broken and I needed to replace the kitchen faucet. I never liked it. It is much too low.

Very nice BUT MAJOR FLAW

My old faucet had a problem that could not be fixed. This faucet was the closest one to my old one. HOWEVER THERE IS A MAJOR FLAW. The old faucet had the screw on aerator, this one is fixed. Therefore, you cannot add a diverter. I have an ionizer that fastens to the faucet nozzle via diverter. And now I can't use my ionizer. Apparently MOEN hired an engineer that skipped class the day they talked about the importance of fastening a diverter to the faucet spiket. If you NEVER have a reason to ...
