Pretty good for the way things are made today

Good selection of spray types. Easy to change. Strong magnet. Replaced one from about 10 years ago. The hose was corroding and looked shabby. But the sprayer still worked.

I’m clean.

It’s ok. Hangs funny and doesn’t have a ton of pressure.

Plastic connector snapped off in about a year

The showered functions were great, and really liked the magnetic connector. BUT the part that screws into the pipe is all plastic. It lasted about a year, then completely snapped off. In the middle of a shower, which was fun. Also, this is not at all spot resistant. That I could live with, but for the price would have expected this to last longer.

In less than 6 months…leaky showerhead

Purchased and installed sometime in November of last year and in early March the following year, we started noticing water splashing against our tile behind the shower head. Seemed like a decent purchase for a good price compared to others out on the market. It’s got a clean look and worked well (until it didn’t). Disappointed that the quality of material is just not there.

This has been installed for 6 months. The push button that adjusts the flow has already quit working. I expected more from a Moen product.

Bad shower head. Don’t be fooled.

I have had this shower head for less than a year. It is already broken. The threaded ring that attaches to the water supply is cheap plastic and broke. Why? Because the cheap magnetic feature didn’t hold the shower head in place and it fell off the cradle, yanking down on the joint and cracked. Do not recommend this one at all. Any positive reviews are likely from people who just got it, like the appearance, but having had extended use yet. So don’t be fooled.

OVERALL RATING FOR ONLINE ORDER IS A 0. NO STARS.Ordered on line. What i received was just the shower head. No hose. No attachment. Nothing but the shower head. The package was torn, re taped and the shower head looked like it was the display model. Absolutely inexcusable. I return the "junk" to my local Lowes. bought another style. No more ordering on line from Lowes.

Don't buy. Quality is very bad. Break super easily

This is a really crappy product. The quality is very bad. I purchased this showerhead less than 6 months ago and the showerhead cradle cracked. The replacement part costs almost as much as a new one. Your money is better spent else where.

Great product but durability issue

Really appreciate the magnet and quick release function and 6 spray options, but have had to replace this much sooner than expected. The plastic at the showerhead broke. I am going to check with Moen to see if they will honor a warranty, and will update the review accordingly.

Engage shower head

My husband likes the shower head more than I do. I wish I had purchased the pause model. Other than that the head works well.
