3rd Miyabi knife
Would RecommendI just bought this knife as i have had two other Miyabi knives that have been amazing to use. The sharpness of Miyabi lasts such a long time. With proper maintenance honing it, i have only needed to wet stone sharpen ONCE in 6 years which is pretty amazing in my book. I look forward to seeing how this knife does! I do wish they offered Miyabi knife covers to buy for storage.

The best knife Ive ever used
Would RecommendIve been looking around for a new knife for work for about 2 years and finally decided to purchase this one. Im so glad I passed up every other option this was absolutely worth the wait. It feels like it was made for my hand. Perfectly balanced with a razor sharp edge and precision tip that would make a surgeon blush. The craftsmanship is unparalleled aside from its functionality, wich is 10 out of 10 across the board, it is a stunningly beautiful knife.
