Nice until it wasn't

I bought this dishwasher 2.5 years ago. Loved how it had all the bells and whistles as more expensive models, but with a more reasonable price. It is so quiet too! Now that the warranty is up we ran into an interesting repair problem. Worthless

Haven’t had it a full 2 years and I’ve had to run it two or three times to get dishes clean. Lousy. Very disappointed in this machine. Will not get your dishes clean. From the very get go. Been giving it the benefit but I’m tired of having to re-wash my dishes.

Do Not Buy JUNK!!!

First off, leveling feet does not stay at adjustment setting, crappie plastic junk, had to use hose clamps to keep them from moving. Next after about 3 months, door seal went bad, steam was comming out at the left top corner and almost ruined my counter top. Also when the counter top wood swelled, it wore a groove in the top of the door. They need to reengineer those aspects of it. Other then that it is of ok quality

Broken Frame after 2 years.

the door spring mechanism on both sides of the door gave out and broke the frame components they were attached too... the screw that attaches the pully wheel is being prayed out by spring tension ...

Had for 1 year 1 month. Worked great, then just stopped working. Had plumber and electrician check line. Dishwasher is dead.

Quit after 2.75 years

Unless you have Homeserve or purchase the extended warranty, don't buy this one. It only lasts 2.5 years. The pod compartment doesn't open & its cleaning effectiveness diminishes. We now use 2 cycles before everything is clean, despite prewashing before placing items in the dishwasher.

I like the two top shelves, I like the ability to clean the basket at the bottom. I like the moveable shelves. But the top edge of the door where you push it to turn on has two broken cracks in it already and we havent been using it very long. (maybe a year and a half)

Gran valor por el precio.

Compré este lavavajillas hace mas de 4 años y estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra. Somos una familia de 4 y puedo poner una sola carga al día. Aprovecho mucho espacio con el rack para cubiertos. Es facil de mantener limpio el filtro y también es silenciosa, lo que me permite tenerlo trabajando mientras tengo visitas en casa y poder platicar a gusto.

Most horrible Washer Ever

First off ive had this dishwasher for 5 years now. 5. And its broken down multiple times. Mideas customer service was HORRIBLE. The racks inside have all blown open and rusted within the first 6 months. Cheap crap. its now broken again and I wanted to warn everyone, STAY AWAY!

Nice dishwasher

So far so good. Easy to install and does the job.

Disappointed

I do like the dishwasher,however, both the top and bottom racks have rusted out to the point where parts to hold the dishes have fallen off. I can’t seem to find a replacement for the racks. It is less than 5 years old.

Interior parts are CHEAP plastic! You can't see.

You will be happy for 2 years then you will be strapped with a constantly breaking dishwasher. Hundreds in Repair bills because just out of warranty. Hoses crumble, door hinge breaks, soap dispenser cracks. Run Away! Spend your hard earned money anywhere else. See photos of my now 3 year old machine after 2 major repairs.

Doesn't dry dishes at all!

What a bummer! I purchased this dishwasher (about 6 months ago) because our other died. The reviews were good overall, so i went with it. While it is quiet and appears to wash well so far, the drying cycle leaves a lot to be desired. Even on the extended dry option, the dishes are soaking wet!! Do not recommend at all if you are wanting dry dishes at the end of the cycle.

Fails to honor warranty.

When the dishwasher worked it was great. If you try and open a request they will deny your warranty saying it's expired and giving all kinds of excuses. Typical for these kind of brands that doesn't matter what is in their documentation You will never get a warranty repair out of them because they will find a reason to say your warranty is expired or some other issue. 3+ years Old and Failing

Yes it is quite, yes the dishes are ok clean, yes it can get smelly, yes it's got 3rd rack. BUT.... about 3 months ago the door spring cord failed due to a cheap plastic wheel. Fixed it in an unconventional way, lucky the door didn't break when it hit the floor. NOW it won't drain flashes DELICATE 2nd light. Low noise, cleans great

I love my dishwasher since October 2021 but now it won't latch or power on and I am not sure why. Has there been a recall of the latches for this model MDT24H3AST?

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY

This dishwasher is junk. I have owned it for about 4 years, and multiple items have broken. The plastic clips that allow the tines in the top rack to move broke. The tines have rusted in places. The door latch broke and can't be replaced without replacing the inner parts of the door, which costs $100. The detergent door broke, and the plug for the Jet Dry fell out and melted twice (I replaced it once). Also, the top rack is pretty much useless as it doesn't clean well and you can't hardly fit an...
