I tried everything to return it and kept telling me to go though the company it was made from and nothing so paid 312 and just sits here doing nothing.

I bought this dishwasher sight unseen, as there was no floor model available. I went on ratings and reviews. The set up of the tines on the top rack is not practical. The cereal dishes collapse on one another. Therefore, I have to spread them out over the area where one might set glasses, losing alot of space. On the bottom rack, there is no spacing for frying pans. They either fall backwards or forwards, once again, not practical. The cutlery rack has only "one size holes", so no holes for larg...

I have to give my honest opinion on this dishwasher by Midea. Full clarity we were looking for a Samsung smart dishwasher or an LG or something smart to go with all of our other smart devices however, our kitchen is constricted by certain spacing and we were not able to go with those. Lots of surprises ...Good ones

This is a dishwasher with many hidden surprises, a light, silverware basket that can be made into 3 baskets, it is quiet, the selection of buttons for your cycles are way cool. The capacity is great. The bottom rack could use some work. If you don't use the far racks to the right on the inside and you put the plates in the ones at the front...the plates fall over constantly. It has two folding down racks for placing larger items but I use those racks for my plates! The top rack can be adjusted ...

Looks very nice

This dishwasher, which I bought on the basis of good reviews, was installed to days ago, so I haven't had a chance to run it yet. In a few day, it will have enough dirty dishes and flatware in it for me to run a cycle. In the mean time, I am impressed by the ability to raise the upper rack to provide more height for items in the bottom rack. I also like the area of prongs that fold down to enable some items to fit better in that rack.

A dishwasher is supposed to wash dishes. All this does and move around the left over food and leave your dishes dirty. Had for 1 week.

Dishwasher won’t work

Bought a Midea dishwasher and installed it this past Friday and it threw an error code which indicated the door wasn’t communicating with the washer. No remedy except to call the company and after I sent them proof of purchase they set up a technical company to come to the house to try and fix it. As of today, Tuesday, I have been unable to make contact with the company via phone multiple times and leaving voicemail. Not sure when I might be contacted by the company. Disappointed

My dishwasher arrived at Lowe's a day early, but I didn't notice the damaged box until I got it home. After removing the box, I noticed the outside was wet and the front is dented. I'll return it tomorrow.

I went online and read up on all the brands and read the reviews. I liked the features that Media had, specifically one was the showing how long the cycle was and how many minutes left. I went to the store and they said that this was a very good brand. The installer said that he has installed over 30 0f them and not one has had an issue yet.

Pros-good price, cleans excellent, lights built in. Cons-don’t hold much, a challenge to load, can be loud.
