What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the mailbox post for its elegant, modern design and strong curb appeal, with many noting it looks even better in person. Installation is consistently described as straightforward and simple. However, many reviewers express serious concerns about structural integrity, reporting that the mailbox arm feels flimsy and wobbles when opened, requiring additional screws or bolts for stability. Several customers also report manufacturing defects including molding issues and paint bubbling. Despite visual appeal, structural weakness undermines overall satisfaction.

Very flimsy
Would Not RecommendMaterial used to manufacture is a light weight plastic, not a strong PVC as i assumed. My bust should read more closely. But still not strong enough to withstand weather conditions. No doubt would have to replace it in a short period of time.
Not too sturdy
Would Not RecommendThis is a plastic mailbox post that should be labelled as only able to handle T1 size (small) mailboxes. You absolutely need to purchase an additional mailbox mounting bracket. Do not consider purchasing this post if you want to use an oversized mailbox. It is not sturdy enough. You will need to add additional 4(5) inch screws into the cross post to keep the box secure. It will sway otherwise. Be sure your 4x4 post is secure in the ground and is taller than the 48" recommended. I can not recomme...

(An Honest Review) Looks good in pictures, but...
Would Not RecommendI really liked the styling of this post as to why I purchased it knowing it's made of plastic and not a hard resin. Upon delivery, I was excited to open the boxes and get started with the installation. I took the post out of the box and began inspecting it. After noticing so many casting defects and flaws with the finish, my thoughts were, "Really??". Overcasting, extruded seams, indentations, and a lot of casting blemishes/defects. The support arm, which is shipped in a separate box, was deform...

Not Even Close to Square for $125
Would Not RecommendAs others have pointed out, this isn't worth $125. How did they manage to twist plastic this much? It's visibly out of square right out of the box — I shouldn't need a framing square to QC a mailbox post. But the manufacturer should try it before shipping product. I get that it's not fine furniture, but it's going in front of my house and this looks terrible. Back to Lowe's it goes.
Sorry to hear you returned this. We would have been happy to replace this for you with an inspected unit!
Nice updated
Would RecommendI had an old wood post that was drooping heavily, this was a much needed improvement!

Not as good in person as in the pictures
Would Not RecommendThe white plastic is very soft and does not look or feel high-quality. Seams are very noticable. Also, bolt lugs to attach the arm to the pillar weren't formed properly. I had to open up one of the holes so the washer would fit. The arm sags under the weight of my mailbox, will need reinforcement

Pretty but strength concerns
Would RecommendThe item looks great and instructions are easy to follow with link to installation video. My concern is with the strength of the arm the mailbox sits on. It’s bolted down but I might have to add additional bolts because it’s wobbly. The mailbox shakes and wobbles when handing the mailbox door and fetching mail.

Disappointed.
Would RecommendThis mailbox post came in 2 separate boxes. One for the post itself and another for the arm which you attach the actual mailbox itself, to. I was given one box only which I assumed contained everything. The second box remained on the shelf at the store. I wasted a lot of time, between contacting customer service and having to go back to the store, which isn't close to my home, to get the second box. What should have happened is instead of customer service instructing me to return to the sto...

seems overpriced for what it is.
Would RecommendIt's a fairly basic item. It's just a plastic sleeve that drops over a 4 x 4 with a arm that you screw into the wood post. There's a lots of play in the post so I might add additional screws. It seems overpriced for what it is. You need to scan the QR code to get the instructions. It delivered in 2 boxes. I didn't know this so I had to return to Lowes to pickup the second box.
