Would Not RecommendDo not buy this if you live in California. It’s horrible . We bought this and our house is 79. I retreat selling my old swamp cooler . My old swamp cooler would keep my house at 70 within 10min of turning on . This thing stays on since 7am and keeps my house hot . I regret selling my old one and getting this one thinking it would be an upgrade to our house . You will regret it .

Cooler works, remote never received
Would Not RecommendThis has been frustrating. We are happy with the Cooler itself. If we were writing a review of that alone it would have a better rating. However, in shipping the internal package, containing the remote and the extra plastic pins for the evaporative material, ended up underneath the cooler itself, resulting in the remote being crushed and the pins broken. Cheaply made, very thin plastic
Would Not RecommendI have 3 of these units, the last one I just got is even cheaper than the ones a couple of years ago. it has taken me hours to get the back cover on because of the cheap plastic that hold the unit up. The options have been limited to 2 fan speeds and on/off. Really!! $650 for this piece of crap!!!

Great swamp cooler! Keeps the main room really coo
Would RecommendCools well even at low speed! I got this to replace the exact same model that was very old and only running on one speed. Two plumbers installed it through the wall in my large main room where my old one was and it is working so well. Since the water line was already there it was fairly simple for them to hook up. I highly recommend the Master Cool swamp cooler.
