Very good when on sale.

I like how reasoit was, its a great smoker/ chargoal grill. I got it on sale, so half the price and much more economical than the 800 series howeve rmuch smaller. Also it doesn’t get as hot so keep that in mind. I don’t like how easily ash falls on the shelf.

Would be better without digital features

AutoIgnite issues

Purchased this back in November 2025 and it worked fantastic for the first couple of months. Now, after the autoignite procedure is complete, the fan won't kick on to get the fire going and raise the temperature. The fan runs when I plug the unit in, so it's not a fa issue I believe. Masterbuilt customer service is a nightmare. Had to submit several emails and still have no replacement part for over 2 weeks! They also seem not to know what the issue is, they told me that they will ship me a new ...

I want to love the 545, but….

I love the way it cooks and it has been able to turn out some amazing meat. But the downsides are plenty. Ash blowing into the food when you add charcoal. The ash container is way too small. LSS provides a larger ash collector (but why should they have too). Overall, it’s a great grill and part time smoker. ...

Lowe's put the grill together and delivered it flawlessly right when they said they would. It is really fantastic! It has a strong body and all the extras are wonderful. We are really going to enjoy this grill!

Great all around Smoker/Grill

Perfect Smoker… Oh I mean Grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a smoker/grill. I have used this product for smoking pulled pork, to grilling hotdogs and hamburgers. The small compact frame makes it easy to move, but the larger hopper can allow me to low n slow smoke for 8-10 hours. I throw in wood chunks to make the smoke penetrate a little extra, but having a gravity fed grill is the best possible scenario. I wouldn’t recommend another product on the market more than this one!

Awesome little Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this grill 10 months ago. I've smoked beef short ribs, brisket, and Pork Butt in this grill. I love using charcoal and the 545 does a great job maintaining temperature. I use the digital App to keep on eye the time and temp while smoking. I've been very pleased at the flavor and juicy texture of the finished product. If you are a first timer or smoking veteran, I highly recommend the 545 digital Charcoal Grill!

Temp control is easy from the app and the auto ignite just works every time. I've done 8 hour smoking sessions and quick grills for steaks or burgers. The storage underneath is big enough to hold everything I need, and the side shelf that folds up to save space is a great idea. Love this grill!
