What Customers Are Saying
The bifold doors have a mix of positive and negative attributes. Many customers found the doors to be stylish, well-made, and easy to install, with the pre-primed finish making painting easier. However, there were also significant quality control issues, with some doors arriving with defective or misaligned hardware, chipped or damaged finishes, and inconsistent drilling. This led to installation challenges and extra time and expense for some customers. The instructions were also criticized as being unclear and unhelpful.

Would RecommendBought this door for our pantry. It is beautiful light and paintable. Still standing beautifully 2 years later. We adjusted it to fit our need
One of the tracks was dimpled in a couple of places, two of the doors were 23 3/5" instead of 23 /1/2" and had to be trimmed to get them to close completely. We'd painted the doors before we discovered the dimpled track (our mistake!) so they couldn't be returned. I checked with Lowe's to see if they would replace the track. They told me to "contact the manufacturer." Ended up buying another track. Installation costs much higher because the doors were wider than stated and had to be trimmed. Ba...

Three out of four complete door sets had damage
Would Not RecommendThree out of four complete door sets had damage... I was able to avoid buying few bad ones in store. However, when I got home; there were issues with just about every panel. Some where fixable, but one had a massive hole in it but it was under the label. Which required me to stop what I was doing, load it back into the truck, drive to Lowes, setup a return and then get a new one.

Doors are fine. The pre-drilled holes for the top pins are not big enough for the hardware included! Multiple pins broke while attempting to install. Had to purchase replacement hardware from a different store. Very frustrating! If you purchase, sand the hole significantly wider.
