There have been 2 attempts (thus far) to deliver it intact. 1st attempt it was delivered to my doorstep while I was grocery shopping. Upon opening package found it to be damaged, bent and crushed in 2 places.Called customer service and got a great response from them. 2nd attempt FedEx discovered pretty much same problem and declared package undeliverable.
