Would RecommendHelps non-LED Christmas lights to flash. Doesn't work well with too many in a row. Don't use incandescent bulbs, it will trun off.

States it's weather proof but I woke up to my lights dimly on when the should have been completely off with the timer that is set . Returning for another one but will set up in a plastic tub from water . Only because I really did like it's functions and price.
