Great smart lock for my rental

I bought this about a year ago for my rental. It allows me easy access to add and change codes for my renters, and has been working very well for about a year now. The only thing I wish was better is the Wi-Fi connection doesn't always work, and the dongle has to be plugged into an outlet very near the latch or it won't work at all. If the Wi-Fi connection were improved, it'd basically be perfect. I also think it's a bit expensive for what you are getting, but overall worthwhile.

Wonderful Security Solution

After online research I purchased this lock. It’s great. From the moment it arrived in Apple-like packaging it was pure quality. The build is excellent, and the instructions clear, if a bit complex. After carefully reading the instructions several times, I removed the old lock, and this new lock was a perfect fit replacement, so no wood work was required! If you get this smart lock get the WiFi hub too

My First smart lock. Everything was easy to assemble with step by step instructions. Even though I didn’t know I had to buy the WiFi hub separately to be able to unlock my smart lock from anywhere away from home. Still a great product.

Replacing a Lockly with screen failure

Excellent concept only issue is the screen fails with long exposure to UV (sunlight). The new version comes with a cover to prevent this. The Peek Proof keypad is a brilliant idea and the fingerprint recognition is convenient. The secure setup is excellent with ability to remotely allow access and provide time based entry codes.

Great bluetooth smart lock

I really like the lock. The fingerprint reader has worked great as well as the key code. I really like that it's bluetooth so it can't be hacked (without being in close proximity). And the feature with the random number pattern for the code is a great feature. It's nice to go on a walk now without carrying keys on me.

If You Want the Smart WIFI, get the Secure Pro!

Be careful when purchasing...the Secure Plus does NOT have the WIFI feature, only the Secure Pro. They look similar, and the wording is confusing. I now have to purchase the wifi feature as an add on, and it's not cheap!

I got a different model lock

I made an order for #PGD 728F MB ( as shown on this item's page) that's for Childproof and dementia safety features per Lockly website and I got PGD 728F that doesn't have these features. this order will be returned. please update your records.

First off, 5 Stars. I have 4 lockly locks. All the same model, two different physical colors/finishes. This means that I have some ability to affirm reliability for this model particularly as 4 units of various time periods have been employed for greater than 2 years, going on 5 years now on the oldest.
