LG is Junk

Fan failing under warranty and wouldn't cool. Down at least 6 weeks and LG can't fix. Can't get part and they have no techs. Farmed out to Sear Repair. NEVER by LG anything!!!!

LG frig

not had this appliance long. Ice maker went out end of jan. Home service repair has been out 3 times and replaced the ice maker twice. still will not drop a single cube of ice. Taking Lowes lemon law and the strike 3 your out option and getting my money back.

LG 27.6 CuFt Refrigerator

We purchased this refrigerator in 2024 after our Kenmore went out after 13 months and the Samsung refrigerator we had before that was also nothing but trouble with the ice maker failing constantly. This one we've had for nearly two years and zero problems. Love the sleek design. Perfect for our big family.

Meh

While researching/shopping Lowe’s online, switched to this model as less expensive but got faked out — it did not have ice dispenser in door! Furthermore, after only year and a half, LED water dispenser light went out and no repair videos available online or on YouTube; neither is a replacement bulb available!! I’m disappointed in LG to say least…

Ice maker stopped working

Fridge is nice. Love no fingerprints but ice maker stopped working about 1yr into having it. Ice gets stuck and clicks like it wants to come out but wont release. Can't figure out what parts we need to fix it.

Ice maker quit working after warranty

Nice looking fridge but ice maker quite working and started to make grinding noise a little after 12 months. I've been looking for replacement part for a while now and it does not seem to be easily available.

Looks nice

I purchased 2 small drawers to add to the two large drawers for extra drawer space. The only issue I have is sometimes when you close the refrigerator door, the freezer door comes open a little bit, so you have to double check that the door is shut

I've had good experience with LG products in the past, so we decided to go with this one. So far, we love it! It comes with several noises intermittently throughout the day, but we can live with those.

Great features, but reliability in doubt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned it for 2 weeks and so far so good. I like all of the features and have no complaints so far. I can only give it 3 stars since I am have had a terrible experience with the previous LG refrigerator with a linear compressor. Hopefully they have fixed the issues that caused several class action suits. Time will tell.

Great refrigerator

I am a fan of LG products and this is another one that does not disappoint. I love how it looks with the rest of my appliances.

LG product with water in the door. Icemaker and the ability to hold temps below zero are nice. The size and room are great.

A great fridge

I reall love the spaciousness of this refrigerator and the features present on my model. I do wish the ice maker produced more per day though.
