Avoid LG: Cheap Materials and Serious Reliability
I bought this refrigerator in March 2022 along with five other LG appliances, and I regret that decision completely. The build quality is shockingly poor. The crisper drawers are made of flimsy plastic, the “stainless steel” finish on the water dispenser lever is already rubbing off and looks terrible, and the plastic frame around one of the glass shelves has cracked. Even basic functionality is unreliable—the water filter has to be installed at an exact angle or it leaks everywhere. Now, just ...

Don’t buy this
Fan in freezer failed only 2 years in. Not under warranty. Water dispenser slow. Ice maker is slowest thing ever and produces very little ice. Top of fridge hinge covers are huge. I so regret buying this.

I would like to say it was great but we think it was grating. The noise level was irritating when it was running which seemed to be more than it was idle. It was nice looking while it lasted, which was"t very long. The compressor failed just after 4 year service warranty expired . The compressor was covered the service was not. Worst purchase ever
Would Not RecommendI bought this refrigerator in Nov. 2020 & three and a half years later it broke down, I called LG they gave me the run around for over a week before they sent a technician out to take a look at it. I went to Lowe’s, showed them my receipt & they did absolutely nothing. I would not buy this refrigerator or any LG products as their compressors are defective & they have lawsuits because of the same reason and their customer service is HORRIBLE! Save your money & buy your appliances at Costco.
