Terrible Product

We purchased this refrigerator mid 2022 and by 2025 it has broken multiple times. Some repairs were simple, however twice we have had to contact LG for a repair. The first time, we lost everything in our freezer but the repair happened relatively quickly within a week. This time the freezer was going, we called for a repair and 10 days later it is still not fixed, or scheduled to be fixed, now the refrigerator is no longer working. Buyer Beware

We bought this frig almost two years ago. Then on May 7th 2024 our frig broke down. We had the three year protection claim on this. Just to start a claim is a nightmare. We started it, said someone would be out in two days, then changed it for a week. Someone showed up and said our exhaust fan was gone. Not a single issue after a year of ownership. Hope it lasts at least 10years.

Sleek and Functional

In addition to being a stylish showpiece, I love the knock-knock and easy access feature, as well as the multiple ice options. Now, if I could only get my daughter to learn how to open the easy access feature without leaving fingerprints everywhere on the mirror part when she closes it, it would be great!

Instaview 22.6cu ft LG Refrigerator

This refrigerator has a sturdier feel to doors and drawers than other brand refrigerators we looked at in the store. We had a bigger size of the same line for the last 3 years, and it was great. We had no issues. We enjoyed that fridge. Plus it's pretty! We moved to a new house and needed a new refrigerator. The decision was easy. Now we enjoy a smaller version (counter-depth) plus it has a nice drawer we use for soda cans and water bottles.

Worst I’ve ever owned

I was so excited to get this refrigerator & this was going to be the best refrigerator I’ve ever owned. It’s certainly the most expensive. Immediately I noticed that items in the door do not get cold. They’re slightly better than room temperature so don’t put anything in there that will spoil. The absolute worst part is that the freezer ruins food. A brand new gallon of ice cream will have crystals when you open it the next day. Everything in the freezer gets freezer burn. Poor quality Stainless Steel exterior

Although this LG French door refrigerator holds a large quantity of food, save your money. After only 2 years in use in a household without children, my freezer door looks decades old. The stainless steel skins on this model are so thin that even leaning up against your door panel leaves a depression. Love This Refrigerator!

I have owned a lot of refrigerators in my life and I can honestly say this one is my favorite. Great space. I love the quick access door. I almost didn't get it because it doesn't have the automatic ice/water dispenser in the door, which I was use to. The automatic ice machine inside the bottom freezer works circles around and door model I have and I actually ended up liking it better because I get extra storage space in the door on top and it looks cleaner.
