Ratings & Reviews for LG 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Black Stainless Steel ) With Third Rack, 1-hour Wash Dry and QuadWash Pro , 46-Decibel

Terrible configuration of middle and lower shelves

The very top shelf is nice for some larger utensils, like spatulas or an egg slicer. BUT, the middle and bottom shelves are TERRIBLE! You cannot easily put bowls or saucers in the top. The bottom is also a terrible configuration and it is difficult to put a pan in. I wish I had kept the shelves from my old dishwasher to use in this one.

dishwasher 2026

I bought this to replace an old dishwasher, so far everything works great.

One Hour Cycle

We bought this to replace a similar LG dishwasher. The 1 hour wash cycle was an attraction with the intent of saving energy. The bottom rack is a little difficult to slide in and out. The door opens automatically at the end of the cycle. We put the metallic tape that came with it on the underside of the countertop to minimize steam contact with the wood when the door opens. The instructions were somewhat unclear on how to use the included brackets for mounting the top of the dishwasher to t...

New unit isn't working.

First attempt to use the dishwasher, it didn't work. I staller did not show us how to operate it. Appears not to have been installed properly. Cannot rate the unit until we can use it.

Great dish washer

I was gifted this dish washer after my husband had an accident and with three kids in the house and one parent down I love it !! It’s quite!!! The door opens when it’s done and I can fit everything into it!!!

Cleans the dishes perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this appliance, it makes my life completely easier, it does not take up much space and is very durable, it has a high-class performance and the controls are very easy to use, it dries quickly and is very practical | love it, I highly recommend it.

Total Disappointment

Dishwasher does not dry. Tried multiple combinations of settings, all result in the dishes being sopping wet. I paid extra for this more premium model of LG. The dishes are cleaned. But, do not purchase unless you are willing to hand dry after every run.

Bottom rack has major problems

The bottom rack does not open and close smoothly when empty but when you add dishes it’s almost impossible to close or open. The rack falls off the guide and only way to close it is to actually lift the rack up and place it in the dishwasher yourself. Very embarrassing when your guests try to put away their dishes. Quiet and works ok but not worth it to have to deal w the frustration of the bottom rack.

When I got the item, I realized, when we took the order, the sales replaced item with a cheaper product without promotion. I will never go back to Lowe’s. Not honest. And I paid $250 for installation, because I trusted Lowe’s. It took me over a month get my item restore; the contractor’s scheduling was really bad. Overall, very bad experience shopping at Lowe’s.

Sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up purchasing this for my sister since she needed a new dish washer and she absolutely loves it. The sleek flush mount design makes it look so elevated and way more expensive looking than it actually. It’s so easy to operate and use and works great.

Omg I just love this dishwasher. Love all the Features. The fact that it pops open shuts itself off when it's done. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. Very good value for the money

Great dishwasher that cleans tough dishes, 3 layers to fit everything in one load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this item installed a few weeks ago. The installation was handled through lg and was great. They arrived on time and swiftly installed and tested the dishwasher. We have run around a dozen loads through the washer and have been quite happy with performance. I have intentionally left some burnt stuck on food to test how it reacts, so far it had succeeded in cleaning the dishes properly. The design is nice and sleek with stainless...

Life saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG dishwasher is a must in your kitchen. It has many functions for every need. And is noise free. Your dishes come out clean and fresh. Installation is easy and quick. You won’t be disappointed . Is going to be your best friend.

Quiet and the dishes are clean and fresh after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s the game changing for me. I used to wash the dishes by hand because the old dishwasher was too loud and take forever to be done but this one is really quiet and the dishes are really clean and dry after . Easy to use and I don’t have to wash my dishes by hand anymore.
