Great quality and features

The dry feature which opens the door a little during drying is genius and leaves dishes and plastics dry and smelling fresh.

Perfect size, incredible quiet, and excellent cleaning for a two person household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is absolutely perfect. It has the ideal amount of space for our daily dishes without taking up too much room in the kitchen. It runs incredibly quiet, so we barely notice it’s on, and the different cleaning cycles leave everything spotless. The controls are súper easy to use and we haven’t run into any performance problems at all.

Great Features but Noisy

I have just used this dishwasher for the first time. It has a large capacity and the top rack is great for large spoons and spatulas. I also appreciate the generous number of slots for flatware. My only complaint is that this diswasher is not at all quiet as described. I was actually surprised at how loud is was when running.

Unbiased, non-paid review - this is the one

Our builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher wasn’t keeping up with busy family of 5 so it was time to replace - I researched for months, looked at every top brand, majorly considered Bosch since we used to have a Bosch dishwasher in another house that was 18 years old and still working beautifully. Great dishwasher

Bought the LG dishwasher about 3 weeks ago and the performance has been great. The control s are easy to use, it’s super quiet when running, and so far it cleans great. The auto opening door after drying is a neat trick. .

Another good LG product

The cleaning is superb just as I have experience with past LG dishwashers. My only complaint actually is twofold. Because the baskets are almost black it's impossible to see very well into the machine because it's so dark. Also the bottom rack constantly slips off the guide rails and falls crooked on the door.

High-end Dishwasher

Defective lower rack

The lower rack of the dishwasher does not fit properly in its tracks, causing it to get stuck as we try to slide it in and out (to load and unload), and it frequently falls from the tracks, all off-kilter, to the bottom of the dishwasher, requiring us to finaigle it back into place time and again. It's very frustrating. We're told that LG has developed a rack with a different style mechanism, including wheels with ball bearings that will allow the rack to be slid in and out more smoothly. Dishwasher is great the rebate process is abysmal

Easy and quality installation. Washer seems to work well. However after 2 hours on phone and web still unable to send in rebate. ALL I WANT IS A MAILING ADDRESS!!!

Flimsy bottom rack

The bottom rack is very difficult to maneuver- it feels to flimsy for the weight of the dishes. It does not roll smoothly and after 4 times running it one of the wheels broke. They have come out and are going to replace the wheel but I am afraid this may become a long term problem.
