Another LG winner!

Cleans well, a bit noisy, but noise doesnt last long! LOVE the "turbo" function, as it shortens the cycle!

Always enjoy getting a new appliance!

So far it works well. A bit louder than expected, but not a big deal. Fits in the previous dishwasher space a bit awkwardly. We had to make some adjustments. I always open the door an inch or two after wash cycle is complete. The dishes dry quicker that way.

Not happy at all

Paid to have old dishwasher removed and taken away and new dishwasher installed..when the new dishwasher was “dropped off” I was informed that we needed a 3rd party to remove the old & install the new!! I’m a disabled vet!! So now I have 2 dishwashers that don’t work!!!

False advertising

The video in the description is a different dishwasher. I both this dishwasher thinking it had 3 racks because of the video but it does not. Very disappointed.

SMELLS AWFUL!! DO NOT BUY!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!! MY SISTER AND I BOUGHT THIS DISHWASHER AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND BOTH OF US HAD THE SAME ISSUE. IT SMELLS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL TELL YOU TO JUST RUN A CLEAN CYCLE AND ALL WILL BE OK! NO!! IT IS NOT OK! THE SMELL NEVERY GOES AWAY! IT SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN SPOILED MILK AND THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX IT!! The picture of the dishwasher looks more like a silver stainless steel the one that was just delivered and installed looks more of a dark gray stainless steel. Doesn't match the rest of my LG appliances. Very disappointed

Needed several costly repairs within 2 years.

Poor Quality

Purchased this dishwasher to replace an old Kitchen Aid. The install is not typical for a dishwasher and requires that the drain line come into the cabinet near the bottom, not the typical over the top. Template for hole would put the 2.5 inch hole below the cabinet bottom shelf. After installing, I got a bubble error using the dishwasher pod they recommended. Motherboard failed 1 year & 5 days after purchase

The dishwasher was fine until almost exactly a year after I purchased it stopped running mid cycle and started having electric spasms - non-stop beeping, cycling through the cycle options, turning on and off. After troubleshooting, it's clearly the motherboard which has a 2 year warranty but needs a certified tech to diagnose and I have to pay for that, then they'll send a new motherboard and I have to pay to install. 👎👎

Unsatisfied

I really was hoping this would be better than our previous Samsung. I was wrong! First of all, the lower rack falls off too easily! Even if only 1 plate is in it. Full load, completely derails and the “wheels” pop off. The upper rack has a section to hold wine glasses, but there isn’t even enough room for a pint glass! It gets caught up on the 3rd rack. failed after a little more than a year

so far the door latch switch and the entire control panel board have been replaced at 2 years old. THANK GOD for the extended warranty. it is quiet and easy to use and hookup was very straightforward. However, i do not trust it because of it's history.

Outstanding operation

Pleased with this product. The 1 hr cycle cleans even heavy loads well. Night drying is nice also. Door closing makes a fairly loud snapping noise that I was initially concerned with but may be normal. One item to improve is the lighting around the cycle select buttons; Until the button is selected there is no lighting to see them on the dark panel. I use a flashlight.

stopped working after 2 years

Had this unit for 1.5 years when it started to beep midway through cycle...thought it was a drainage issue but hose and filters were all clean. Seems to be an electrically panel issue. Talked with LG and they were not helpful and did not offer any assistance. Will never buy LG again

Touchy front panel buttons

This is definitely the most frustrating dishwasher I've used, mostly for the fact they put touch controls on the front panel. I cant tell you how many times it has interrupted a cycle from me using the counter directly above it and accidentally hitting a button. They should never put the TOUCH controls on the front, they're ultra sensitive. It would be much better if they were physical buttons.
