Easy set up and works great! We now have three set up in different rooms at our house. We also purchased two for my mother’s house.

Terrible, foul smell after a short use

The purifier continues to give off a foul, sour smell after a short time of use. I just purchased a new filter to try and resolve this issue at the end of May and by early July it was already beginning to smell this way again. Now in late July we can’t even use it anymore because it makes the room smell terrible. Levoit Core 400S Air Purifier

My wife and I are plagued by summer allergies and gave the Levoit Core 400S air purifier a try. The unit was easy to setup. You can use the unit manually or by the VeSync app. The air quality was much improved with the unit installed in our living room. So much so, that we purchased another for our bedroom. I bought this air purifer to help with my allergies. It has helped with my stuffy nose. This unit is really quiet and I like the features, you can control it with your phone or Alexa.

Air purifier & support

Very quiet on auto setting. Touch screen is very easy to understand. Biggest challenge is being able to contact support when you have a question or an issue. No way to talk with a person. Email can take a few days to get an answer, If support was easier would be 5 stars.

NYC Air Quality

I just bought the Levoit Core 400S Smart True HEPA Air Purifier just before the wild fires in Canada and all that smoke that killed the air quality in New York City. STILL SMELL SMOKE

I just installed the unit in our 300 sq ft bedroom. the reason for the purchase was the smell and stink of cigarettes. Nobody in our apt smokes and it is quite offensive. The air quality goes between 2 and 4 BUT THE SMOKE SMELL IS STILL THERE. Not Happy

Great product. Quiet. Easy to set up.

Just bought the Levoit 400s air purifier a few days ago and I love it. It's very quiet and was VERY simple to connect it to wi-fi on the Vesync app. If I can do it, anybody can do it!! I wanted the wi-fi feature so I can turn it on the day I'm heading back from vacation and having my house smell fresh when I walk in. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect! When it’s not on you can see dust in the air.. but when it is on all the dust is removed and the air is cleaned!! We have 3 large dogs and it helps soo much! I will be getting a few more to go around the house!
