Would RecommendThese are the sharpest knives I have ever owned. I learned real quick to be extra careful. They make food prep so much easier and fun. I am still amazed at how well they cut every time I use them. I learned of these from Lovina, an ex-Amish influencer who cooks. Highly recommend

Would RecommendLove the way handle and they are sharp knives. They are the only knives I use in my kitchen. I have bought alot of knives in my lifetime and these knives are the last ones I will ever need. My granddaughter is getting married and I bought her some Rada knives to get her started with her forever set.
