What Customers Are Saying
This outlet/switch combo was generally found to be a convenient and functional product, allowing users to control lights and power devices from a single location. Many customers appreciated the versatility of having both an outlet and a switch in one unit, especially in areas with limited electrical access. However, some customers reported quality issues, such as the front panel or plastic components breaking during installation, and found the wiring instructions confusing, making the installation process more challenging. Additionally, a few customers noted the 15-amp rating was insufficient for their needs. Overall, while the product's performance and ease of use satisfied many customers, the quality control concerns and installation difficulties experienced by some suggest it may not be suitable for all DIY projects.

Receptacle/Light Switch
Would RecommendThis product replaced a single light switch and allowed me to have a receptacle and switch. I needed to plug a short extension cord to provide power for my TV on the back porch. It worked great.

fragile
Would RecommendI think mine came from a poorly QC'd batch. When mounting to the outlet box, without excessive pressures at all, the faceplate broke free of the main body and popped off. The plastic assembly tabs were barely present. Next one same problem. Next one was same switch but different color and it was good and the tabs were beefier.

I switched.
Would RecommendI needed an outlet with a switch. I used to use just a plug. This sure does work great.

Useful outlet
Would RecommendI have installed at least 6 of these outlets over a period of years. I have used them both indoors and outdoors and have not had any negative issues. Still in use on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend and will purchase more as needed.
