What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this landscaping mulch for its striking terracotta-red color that complements brick homes and garden features year-round. Most appreciate its durability, noting it resists decomposition, doesn't shift or blow away, and deters cats and squirrels better than organic alternatives. Many find it maintains a polished appearance with minimal maintenance. Some report color inconsistency between bags, and a few felt the pieces were smaller than expected. Overall, reviewers consider it a worthwhile investment for long-lasting, visually appealing landscaping.

product intentionally represented
Would Not RecommendThis product is not brick nuggets.. the manufacturer in selling the product retail labels it as BRICK NUGGET GRAVEL. "Brick nuggets " is NOT a generic term. I've bought this in the past from Lowe's and it was true brick nuggets; these are just painted gravel. They are clearly not clay or brick material. This is really shady of Lowe's to intentionally mis represent the product.

Going down
I’ve owned a contracting company, done the work, still dabble a little here and there, mostly retired but can’t help but see the Lowe’s customer service continue to go downhill. Had to return products multiple times due it not working out of the box… I’m just surprised!!! go somewhere else, local hardware stores can be less expensive with a much higher grade products. Sad really, I am a vet and like there vet program but it’s just not worth the disappointment and bad service.
