Who ever is installing flush valves are twisting the chain tight like a cable. This process restricts the valve returning to a seated position and seeps. Triggering tank refills, I unchained the hook and unspiraled the chain and the leaky valve issue went away along with the constant every 10 minutes tank refilling. For the Price I shouldn't be making service calls to myself to repair my NEW out of the box toilet.

not working right

Bought this for the size, installed and noticed the interior flush valve chain was too short fixed that but then noticed the fill valve "hangs", after each flush I have to open the lid of the tank, tap the fill valve for the tank to fill up again. hugely annoying for such an expensive little toilet

This toilet is so weak and has no pressure. It sounds like a loud sucking popping sound when you flush it

Decent looking, good flush, but a couple problems

This is a decent looking toilet, had a good review from Consumer Reports, has a good flush, and one of the few I could find which fit the space where it is located. But there are a couple problems. The two front bolt holes for the tank are not in alignment, but rather slightly crooked, which telegraphs to the top of the tank, making the whole tank look significantly crooked. Looks good. Functions mediocre.

I bought this for the height, shape, and flush power. The height is great for me, it does look good in place, but the flush leaves a lot to be desired. If you buy this toilet, be sure to add a plunger to your order.

Leaking into bowl

I was looking specifically for the lowest hight, easy to clean, fits in small spaces, comfortable seating.

Perfect low sitting height

This is what I wanted. Low sitting height. The best position for a BM is squatting and this is about as close as you can get. Also seems to prevent the legs from “falling asleep”. And great for my young kids too.

Works as expected; wax ring and hardware missing

One reason I chose this toilet over other similar ones was because the wax ring and floor hardware were to be included (even lists them on the outside of the box). They were missing, so I had to buy them separately. Other than that, the toilet works fine so far.

Toilet - Great, Lowes Installation - Unknown

After 10 years of delight with our first Kohler Wellworth Toilet from Lowes, we bought another. The WaterSense feature offering CHOICE of flush volume is FABULOUS (Quick-flush of 1+ gals, or Full-tank-flush of 3+ gals controlled by how long user holds the flush lever down). This prevents needless water waste (pun intended). With no response to multiple requests for Lowes installation service, we hired a local pro.

Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to find the correct replacement flapper valve?

I have owned my Wellworth commode for almost twelve years -- and for the first ten years, it functioned perfectly. Kudos to the designers -- the reduced water consumption made me feel good about my environmental impact, and did not negatively affect the, er, "primary function of a commode," LOL. lever leaks water

The toilet lever mechanism is bad. I’ve tried to adjust it so it’s not leaking water through the tank every five minutes but I have yet to figure it out.

Great value for price paid

We've only had it for a little bit; I hope Lowe's asks me again in 10 years. Fairly quiet, haven't noticed an increase in water bills. This is a smaller toilet, may not be optimal if you've got bigger folks in your household. One thing I have noticed is that the front of the bowl is flatter than most, so the yucky stuff doesn't flow down easily (it sticks!). I have to clean it more often than the other toilets in my house.

horrible quality

I replaced a Kohler toilet that had worked flawlessly for years. This one had a defect in the ceramic. The flap now leaks. Not even a MONTH OLD! What a pain in the okole to have a brand new toilet that does not even work!

Clogs easily

Replaced both our toilets in our house with these. Nightmare. Twice in three months they have clogged (both times when guests used the restroom). I've never had this problem before. So gross.

Nice shorter Toilet

Nice toilet. Swapped out a previous one that was just too high. This one is 14.5 inches below the plastic seat. The tank did leak on this one but only when flushed. Plumber removed the tank twice to determine what was wrong. Ended up returning and getting a different brand from the plumber that was short. Lowes did not have any in stock and would not swap the tank from the display. Left me in a hard spot. It cost me an install and removal of a toilet that had to be returned. I may still get anot...
