Zero Stars for now, but hopeful that is temporary. The package was old, dusty and obviously opened previously and re-sealed. There was an unusual label on the package which I suspect it may have been factory reconditioned, just speculation. Ordered it 06/18/2025 and picked it up from the store 06/23/2025. If the box is damaged inspect the merchandise bbef

I did not like the condition of the product. It was beat up the paint on the shaft was chipped the plastic was scuffed up the battery was only half way in the bag. it looked like someone had purchased it and took it home and taken it out of the box and changed their minds and did a poor job of repackaging it and took it back to the store. It should have been sold as a usedpeice of equipment because it sure didn't look new.

Honeysuckle destroyer!

My wife and I are on a mission to clear honeysuckle from our property. This beast is just the tool. Just stick it into the bush and start hacking away. I took out a huge honeysuckle bush in about 30 seconds all the way to the ground. Sweet!

replacement chain

Where can I get a replacement chain for the 80v kobalt pole saw with 10 inch bar? seems to not be one available on lowes website.

Excellent buy!

This purchase was one of the best we have ever made. You would not believe how easy and fast it is to trim branches and limbs off trees. Don't let the small size fool you because you can cut thick limbs down in under a minute. It made a project that would have taken us an entire day done in 30 minutes. If you are thinking of getting one of these, do it! The battery life is great as well.

NOT recommending this saw because it is almost impossible to get replacement chains for it. Even the company doesn’t know which chain should be used and they DON’T have any at any store. I’ll never buy a Kobalt piece of equipment again.

The order was damaged in shipping or shipped damaged. It was returned. This is the second pole saw I order that was damaged or opened, both were returned.

Unusable

Only used it 30 minutes before i was frustrated enough to nearly throw it in the lake. In that short time the chain came off at least 7 times. And yes, i had it on and secured correctly.had high hope for this as i love my lawn mower. Really hope i am not out 200$

should have thrown money away

used once for 3 minutes and limb to big started to use it 2 weeks later and it will not run i messed with it for a while and it moved chain a couple of inches now it can not return it learn form my mistake don't buy the peace of junk

Don't believe what the product states that it does

Product stated "3 piece aluminum shaft exrends for 14 ft maximum reach" which i found out is a lie. The pole does not exted beyond 9 feet.

It’s a little heavy from the battery but worth it.

Out of the box, it worked like a champ. Trying to get the poles apart are a little hard but other than that this pole saw was amazing.
