quit for no reason
Would Not RecommendBought online, picked it up, charged the battery and made 3 small cuts with it, less than a minute each. Then it just stopped. no lights no sound nothing. put battery back on charger and it was completely charged. Put battery back in hit power button: nothing. Had to take it back.

Return policy discrepancy
The product is great. It is the return policy. Was for a gift and he got another one so I was trying to return this one within about 10 days of buying it. When I got to the store, they said there was a 2 day return policy on the item and wouldn't take it back. The paperwork I printed off with my order said 30 days. This was expensive and I am really angry they will not honor their store policy. I was never informed of a 2 day return.

Not a bad saw for piddling
Would RecommendI’ve dropped 15 trees with it and bucked them up these were sweet gums about 30 feet tall. Used the battery to drop them and it lasted after 2 trees were cut up. Let it charge overnight bucked up 12 trees battery died got one tree left to buck up. Seems to do fine cuts good to me. I don’t mind the battery running out by the time it’s dead I’m about tired of messing with trees anyway. Time will tell but it does what I need it to. It’s also easy for my 12 year old to use so that’s nice he can lear...
