What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on this drill bit. Many praise its performance when used with water cooling and slow speed, reporting clean cuts and smooth edges on tile and glass. However, a substantial number report significant durability issues—bending, twisting, or breaking after just one or two holes, describing the shank as too thin. Reviewers emphasize this bit requires proper technique, water application, and careful handling; inexperienced users often experience premature failure. Despite mixed results, successful users find it delivers excellent precision when used correctly.

Try to evacuate material every quarter inch….
Would RecommendWorked well. Takes a little practice starting the drill bit to accurately hit your mark since it doesn’t have a pointed tip. Since it’s more like s hole saw, it can sometimes be a pain trying to evacuate the material that gets lodged inside.

Paid more $ for something better that was not.
Would Not RecommendUsed for 6 holes and on the 7th the bit twisted in half and broke. Drilling Lowe’s ceramic tile made by Allen + Roth. A masonry bit finished my job.
