Easy To Wind
I thought I needed the replacement head, but this worked out to be the solution to get the trimmer back to work. It makes it easy to wind the stringer line.

Would RecommendIf you have an 80v Kobalt Trimmer, BUY MULTIPLE OF THESE!! If it's still only 3 bucks, GET IT!! You can only buy 1 at a time, but you can do it a bunch. You will need these. When your trimmer head stops spitting string from bumps, this fixes it. There's no marking on it tho, so u gotta line it up.
Tougher Material
Would RecommendI wish they would make this out of tougher material. This plastic crap doesn’t last long.

KST 140XB and 140XB-06
Would RecommendSome Kobalt parts were hard to find a few years ago. The original bumper knob cracked and it was replaced with a non bumper head which was fine until the string needs to be reloaded. This bumber knob fits both models 140XB and 140XB-06.
